26-317 CertainTeed Top Tilt Latch, Pair

This is about a 20yr old window. This is the top half of the double hung window. The weather stripping needs replacing but can't remove the latch to slide out the stripping. No other markings but the window name. Have removed the screw but can't determine how to remove the latch now. Once removed ... (cont.)

Looking to find replacement tilt latches. We can seem to find and exact match. Are there compatible latches?

My 20 + year old replacement Certainteed window latches have started to break off when I am tilting them in to clean. I took the lock off one side and the thumb slide so I could lift up the top of the window to see the locking mechanism.

I recently found and purchased replacement Certainteed snap in tilt latches for several top windows that have broken ones. I was able to get one of the old ones out, but broke it in the process. Can you advise HOW to properly remove them and do the new ones just snap in? Mine are the same as Qui ... (cont.)

Do you have this one? If so, cost and number so i can order both left and right.

I am looking to replace window latch but I can't find this model. It has two areas to snap in 2 inches apart. 3 3/8 in x 2cm

did not see any other markings but underneath has two pins to snap in opposed to slide in like other tilt latches.

Looking for the best replacement for these tilt latches for certainteed windows I have about 20 windows that need to be fixed.

This is the broken latch (left side), broken - it will not stay in its grove, so underside likely has broken something. Email belongs to my wife (Ruth), I am David. Should probably get both L and R latches.

The windows are PlyGem CertainTeed. The label reads June5,2008 1104380940011800000. I have ordered 409 series 170 coiled balance springs from you in the past for these windows.
