I purchase my windows from All Season Window Co in Owensboro KY in 1999.The folder I still have says they are a Chelsea product, In need a new pair of window latches, see photo. will also need help with removal.ThanksNeil

I think this part is called a tilt latch. The part shown the picture has 'MP3' on the underside. The other part (only the tip is exposed) has'MP2' on it

The top latch on the double hung window has broken off the tab ( clip) that holds the latch in.The latches are 3 1/2 inches long and tab to tab is about 2 3/8 inches apart. When the latch is apart the tabs are about 1/2 inches long.It has the name CertainTeed on it and MP6 on the inside. ... (cont.)

I have two kitchen windows that need parts see photos. I need 4 on the tilt release mechanisms at top of windows and one of the pins (right hand side) that hold window into the sash at bottom of window.

Both broke on 1 window. Cannot identify replacement on your site. Want to buy 4 sets so can replace them all since apparently it's time.

3 1/2" long, 3/4" wide- can't find it for the life of me.

Hello I am looking for replacement parts for a certain Teed window. The wrath stripping the top part of the upper sash and the left and right tilt latch. MP2 is on the latch. There are no other part numbers that I see.
