I think we only need the inside part. The slider is also hard to slide. It seems like when we adjust the wheels but it doesn?t seem to hold the adjustment.

One of the embossed areas where the screw goes through broke. The distance between the two embossed areas is 4 15/16. The handle is a slate color. The only markings is "Made in New Zealand"

I have an almond color patio door key-less latch handle. This is similar to 82-080. One of the round posts where screw comes in from the side is broken (please see the pciture). Is this to go between the handle and the door? As of now I ordered the ROTO MULTI-POINT MORTISE LATCH LEVER Product Code: 82-240 which fits perfectly into the lock but now the handle doesn't sit flush with the door because the latch is too tall.

All the parts that show up on your site don't include this side but rather the piece it connect to that is still on my door. As you can see where the screw screws in is broken and I just need this piece replaced.

I'm looking at your 82-108 mounting plate as a replacement for our patio door. It's not clear if the overall dimension matches my unit's 7", although the 4-15/16 on-center dimension matches. (see attached photo) Thanks in advance!

Thanks for posting. I am afraid this is the base of the handle that pull connects to, rather than the actual mounting plate like our 82-108. Unfortunately, this part is not sold separately, and you will need to replace your handle set. See our 82-080, or its keyed variant, the 82-081. I should also ... (cont.)

I am looking to replace a broken patio door handle. The broken part is the lower part shown in the photographs. The spigot that holds the screw in place has broken. The 2 posts next to the screws broke off. They are made of very soft metal and therefore can't handle the opening and closing of the heavy sliding door.
