Hi swisco, I'm looking for the following hardware parts for Marvin ultimate series Windows. During the course of new construction the painters misplaced many of the parts: - Crank cover/cowling - Crank/operator - Latch - Latch cowling Thanks

Some of the windows around our new home are missing the lock handle shown in these photos. The casement windows are Jeld-Wen. Can you identify the lock handle so I can replace them, or if you can't find this exact part, another alternative I can use?

I thought this was a Truth Mirage because other (smaller) windows in our house were using Truth Encore handles/escutcheons, but the Mirage is too big, it is a similar shape with the C shape at the end of the handle. Would love your help identifying. Please see the pics!

I am looking for this handle, I had my construction company put new windows in our house and of the 16 windows we had done 4 of them had broken handles and the guy is saying 6 - 8 weeks for part to come in to fix, ugh. So I am looking for myself. Thanks Iona

I have a client that has both older Kolbe and Norco in their home. I have attached pictures of the Kolbe hardware they would like to change the finish on. I found 38-208 & 39-375 part numbers. Hi there! I'm looking for the cover that slips over the metal piece to lock a window lever of a 5 year old Pella casement window. Does your 38-208 fit the bill? Attached is a photo of the full assembly, but mine just has the metal piece and no plastic cover.
