hi. I need various parts to replace. I noticed that some of the reasons for the windows being damaged are small plastic parts have become brittle and have fallen off causing part to come out of track.

Hello, There is a double casement kitchen window in a house I purchased built around 1985-86. It appears the builder never replaced the plastic "construction" covers/handles.
