Please see attached shoe. It measures 1" tall, 1 1/4 wide, 9/16 thickness. I have a possible ID, 15-208, but the height is not 1 1/4....any other shoe? Thanks for all your help. Thanks Beth, Dayton Glass

The first two pictures are from the broken side. The last picture is the broken piece. The 3rd and 4th picture are the side that is not broken. The piece that broke is made out of pot metal(?) and broke at the first screw point.

Just purchased this house and found this condition. Double hung window, 33WX30L, sash is 21.5lbs. The attached pics show 2 different mounting heights.
