18-199 5/8" Sash Carrier, Jordan

This is from a Jordan Window installed in 1990. I ordered 18-009 but it's about 1/4 inch too short. I'm thinking I need 18-199. Can you please confirm? I don't see that piece of aluminum in the pictures of 18-199 but maybe they don't include that after market? Thanks. Lynne

Found the correct channel balances. Just can't find the correct upper sash guide on your site.

I bought a house and every single top sash guide is broken. I found the most intact one I could buy from the pictures, there are 4 that could be it, so I don't know which one to order. Hi, I'm looking for a replacement piece for this black plastic piece that screws into the top of the channel of our window. It seems to be the piece that keeps the channel balance from going beyond the top of the window. Thank you! Vickie

I need a pair of top sash guides for my windows. They take a S390 channel balance, but I can't find the right matching top guide.

Attached are 3 photos with images and sizes of the nylon stops and the block and tackle balance. The aluminum channel is 17" long and supports a 12lb window. I work in window parts all day and I have not seen these guides before now. They have a metal insert almost like a screen clip on the inside. One sample appears to be curved and the other not. They could be a retrofit type situation? Any ideas? Thanks.

I am in need of 2 new sashes for my window. I have attached pics of the Sash that failed and was removed from my window. Can you please help in locating the sash and also the pieces that go on the window itself. I added a pic of that as well

I just ordered some S390-29 (29" Series 390 Channel Balance). They are correct but I only just noticed that the plastic pieces at the top of the window ("Top Sash Guides"?) which catch the CBs are breaking or broken and must also be replaced.Photos attached of one that is partially broken.
