Hi, I need to replace the balances and clips to hold the balances inplace (top sash guide?) on two Jordan windows. The only markings I could find were on the balances (29 5 GX CMC 11). The balances are 30" long and approximately 9/16" wide. The depth of the balance is approximately 5/8". ... (cont.)

I recently ordered 5/8 top sash guide 18-009 thinking it was the right one but its too short. Most of the measurements were the same except length. I bought the new channels from you according to the directions per you tube video and measurements. The channels fit great. The top if the windows have a plastic piece that is broken on one side. The right side is not catching on the channel. I am hoping you can figure out what the name of this ... (cont.)

These r being used on jordan windows approx 34 yr old windows. Balancer used is 1/2 wide- 28in- 4-KJ - Caldwell . Also has # on balancer= 2840 F. Thank U very much !!

Couple of top sash channel guide broke. The length is about 1 9/16 inches, width at the top is around 7/8 inches and width of bottom is around 5/8 inches
