18-199 5/8" Sash Carrier, Jordan

The window channels to be replaced are marked 2830, 29 inch aluminum. I'm not sure of the balance shoe sets needed, and want to make sure I order the correct ones. Any help would be appreciated

Try to find replacement one. Was not sure which one I should buy.

Need replacement balances for a seasonshield window, balances are 5/8s wide by 31 inches (including the plastic tips), also need 5/8s wide x 1 5/8s inch long plastic window guides.

I ordered 6 - S390-29 Option 2830 channel balance and received today but found one broken top sash guide during install I did not find a match on the website so I need help with this. Note this has an aluminum piece on lower mounting hole. Also this is a Jordan A 93 window Thanks Dale ... (cont.)

window lock mechanism says Jordan.

I could not find a replacement top sash guide that matches the one I haveDo you have any that will fit and work even if I had to drill a hole in it?Thanks Mark

The metal part is 25 inches long.

Hi, I sent pictures of these earlier, but I think these are better. I was referred to part 18-166 for a possible match but it does not look quite right. I included measurements. I recently purchased S390 balances and 18-166 top sash guides. While the balances went in nicely and are working fine, it turns out the top sash guides are not a good fit. But they're the closest match I see on your page. What can I do?

Bought the channel balance (x2) and upon installation observed the sash guide is also broken...pulled on off another window that appears to be what I need. I looked at the list but unable to figure out which one I need? Many thanks, Cliff

Can't quite get this to match any parts in you catalog but all my parts are seriously oxidized and broken. Hard to get good dimensions. "PGT" is on sash lock but the PGT guide in your listing, 18-015 is not a dimensional match as far as I can tell. Just moved into home. all windows need rebuilding ... (cont.)

One of these is broken (the top part is broken off). So when I replaced the channel balances, put the window back in, and then pulled the window down, the channel balance on the side where this part is broken did not slide down with the window (it just stayed in place under the clip). Have Jordan Windows, Series M21, 386G. The Balance Number is 2840, the top is similar to a 19-002, but I don't have any bottom shoe to compare to. Also need a similar top sash guide, i can send dimensions if needed. Please let me know what other information you need.
