I have several of these guides that are corroded and no longer keep the springs attached to the window. I need help identifying.

Looks like we have Series 351 channel balance, 2730 version. Please review the pictures and suggest the parts we need besides the 2 channel balances.The marking on the balances shows 2730 BS1 AX. Jordan window. Base of sash guide is 5/8" wide. Length is 1 3/8". None of the guides listed look like mine. Help!

I have ordered S380-37 channel balances and have replaced them in my windows. Sadly, I did not realize the balance tops are also broken, so the balances will not hook onto the window when I slide it down. The aluminum rails are 29" long and stamped 2830. I need two of these rails to repair one window.

The small metal bracket on the upper right corner of the lower window (the window that raises up) has broken. I attached pictures of a non broken bracket and the broken bracket. I see nimbers 16 and 09 on it. How do i get a replacement? Thanks!Don

Any idea if I can find this part for a Jordan side tilt window? The new balance won't attach properly because this black plastic cap aym the edge of the window is missing on the left side of one particular window

This piece is broken and I have supplied the model for the windows and hopefully you could get me this piece because I need a bunch of them. It seems most are broken in the house and the windows can't stay opened
