My pivot bar broke. Want to replace both the bar and shoe. Bar has "A5" and "14" markings on it. Shoe has 9 LB writing on it.

Hi there, this window became very difficult to open. I believe the coil balance busted on both sides? I've included label pics and I saw a 6lb mark on the shoe thing. Can you tell exactly what parts I need? Thanks!

These windows were purchased from Home Depot in about 2012. Window balancer is stacked (refer to picture) each stacked balancer has a 6 printed on it the bottom balancer is longer than the top balancer. Balancer seems to be 2 1/16 wide about 3 7/8 tall.

Hello, I have several windows where that have problems with the hardware. 1) the 3" pins on the bottom of the sash have broken at the screw hole. 2) the metal slot that rotates has spread and broke.
