Good Evening, I am looking to identify the pictured plastic items for my 53x35 double hung windows. One side is whole and the other is snapped. I can not identify what these parts are called in order to replace.

I have attached a picture of the label from the window. I apparently need 2 coil balances and instructions on how to replace them.

The coil is 3/4 (Actual is 11/16). The slot is1/8x 3/8. Has a marking reading: GLB There is a hooked bracket not in pic. Would like to find 4 of these.

I believe I have an American craftsman (HD brand) 50 series window with multiple broken coil balances. Need some help with the correct replacement. - thanks

We ordered the S180-8 coil springs and the 16-024 mounting bracket, but they do not look anything like what we currently have. Our springs are 3/4" thick. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I need one of these to screw onto the window frame and attach the coils to. I have a Sears, double hung window and this broke; keeping the top window from moving up and down reoperly or with ease. Essentially the coils are not attached to anything so they are not functioning. Pllllllease help. Than ... (cont.)
