I need to replace the coil balance on a replacement window it will not stay open. I want to replace both left and right. What do I need? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I need to replace the coil balance and tilt latch in my vinyl window. The coil snapped. The coil has 6kg imprinted on it and the coil housing has a 6. I probably should get the clear plastic mounting bracket too. Also the tilt latch broke. It looks like it's a corner latch, maybe? I'm sending photos ... (cont.)

I have windows that are missing the 10 series roller tilt.Are there installation instructions available as to height that they need to fastened to the frame?

All 4 of the window balances snapped (2 on upper, 2 on lower). Attached are the part photos and the window warranty label. The coil is stamped "71J"

I need a new set of balance coils for an older window. The picture is the only identification indicator on the unit.

M 6 lb. on boots Plastic clips just broke apart and pieces caused jamming issues and the boys just forced window up and down, breaking the shoes. I need 2 of each. There are no bars alongside, thinking the shoes are part S161-06 but don't take my word for it.

Can you help me identify replacement parts for this double coil balance and pivot shoe? This was from a Kohler window S/N 314747002. Measures about 1 1/4" wide and 1/2" thick. About 4 1/2" top-to-bottom (both coils and pivot shoe). Thanks so much!
