My daughter in IL has a broken coil spring right side window balance that I need to replace. I have attached a photo of the existing coil spring. Can you help identify and offer a replacement?

The picture is of my old sash pivot bar it is 2 5/8 long 5/16 wide u shape 3 holes one closest to pivot shoe is 5/8/inch next one is 5/8 back from there last one is 1 3/8 from first hole. I'm looking for help on identifying the clear piece above the coil balance. I believe the window is a Crestline select 500 double hung.

I need to replace the coil balance and tilt latch in my vinyl window. The coil snapped. The coil has 6kg imprinted on it and the coil housing has a 6.
