This pivot shoe was damaged within the tract, so I removed it and need a replacement piece. Looking at the window this shoe is from the right side. Coil springs are broken and pivot shoe as well. I need the counter balance for both sides of the bottom sash. The pivot shoe is 9/16 thick and 1 1/4" wide. There were 2 coil springs on each side

I need help replacing the shoe and spring for a Single hung window. Window was purchsaed in 2021

Left toilet spring balance the cartridge looks like it is in tact the spring is broken a few inches from the upper sash holder which has 2 prongs that held the spring which has 2 holes. The window made a loud snapping noise as I was opening it. I figure the spring broke. I am enclosing these photos. I think I need 2 sides coil balance parts, 2 tilt latch's and 2 pivot shoes. I could also use weather stripping if you sell that.Thanks for your help, Jon

I have 3 the above windows. 2 of them have broken coils on the bottom. I would like to purchase 4 pair of the bottom units and 2 pair of the top ones. The first picture is the top ones and the last picture is the bottom ones.Thank you Charles
