Please let me know what replacement parts I need to repair the window in the pictures. The 3/4" wide metal springs broke.Thank you, Garret

Hi. I purchased American Craftsmen 8501 windows from home depot in 2014. The balance and tilt latches have gone bad in a few and i would like to purchase replacements please. I have included photos of what i need. 10 of each items should suffice. Hope you can help. Thanks

The markings "7 A J" are on the coil and # 7 on the shoe balance.

I have an American Craftsman Series 8500, double hung, installed in 2005.It appears that the lower sash coil spring got damaged and doesn't function.I have not yet taken the Pivot Shoe and Coil Spring out to get exact measurements, but it appears to be very similar to your Coil Housing Pivot 15-087 ...
