The markings "7 A J" are on the coil and # 7 on the shoe balance.

Window will not stay up

I have an American Craftsman Series 8500, double hung, installed in 2005.It appears that the lower sash coil spring got damaged and doesn't function.I have not yet taken the Pivot Shoe and Coil Spring out to get exact measurements, but it appears to be very similar to your Coil Housing Pivot 15-087 ... This pivot shoe was damaged within the tract, so I removed it and need a replacement piece. Looking at the window this shoe is from the right side. Coil springs are broken and pivot shoe as well. I need the counter balance for both sides of the bottom sash. The pivot shoe is 9/16 thick and 1 1/4" wide. There were 2 coil springs on each side
