Window won't stay up. This small plastic insert is broken on the other side and this one is cracked. What is it and how do I get another to replace it?

I had Ideal double hung windows installed in July 2019 and last week the coil snapped. It is located on the bottom panel, on the right side. There are two numbers on the balance: the bottom has 6R and the top one has 6# (see photo). I haven't taken the balance out of the window so I can keep it shut ... (cont.)

Coil balancer for a 23" American Craftsman Window #4

I need to replace these window parts.The only marking on the spring looks like 8m? Are these 2 springs or one broken one? I think I want 15-087,s180, and maybe 15-086. What is part 15-086 used for? Also does the unit come assembled with the spring in it?

Need replacement parts for coil balancer. The plastic piece is3/4" wide and 3 1/4" tall. Window sash is 32" w X 27" t insulated glass. I think the window is Jeldwen aluminum. Maybe7-8 years old.

Hi, I need coils for both sides of my windows. Can you identify the coil that I need from the picture? 12lbs? Also, it appears difficult from the minimal space to replace. Is it possible to replace?

Trying to Locate this discontinued sears vinyl double hung window coil balance and 3 " round end pivot bar. The width of the coil is 3/4" and has a much bigger cutout on top. The matching mount bracket that goes with balance is 16-031 which is plastic. I need 2 - 8 lb coil balances. If this is not ... (cont.)
