Hello, can you please help identify this patio door lockset that a customer of mine has that has a broken locking mechanism. I have attached pictures and would like to replace the handle. Thank you, Turhan

The outside handle on our sliding glass door broke off at the top and the bottom. The lock part of it is the only thing left. The Pella Serial Number: Imperv sliding dr-M0310431878-NFRC JAN20 2008 11 I would like to replace the entire assembly, including the lock. I thought the 82-086 would work but I'm not sure, hence, "Ask the expert!" Thank you!

2265 Patio door handle and double latch.

I bought the Legacy 82-086 for my rental unit. I cut the inside lever and the outside lock lever to fit the door thickness, but the holes don't line up. I wanted to knock out the second hole in the handle but a rep at the help desk said that won't work with my lock. And I can't return the handle ... (cont.)

Hi, I have a Jeld-Wen sliding patio door, right handed, that I want to convert to exterior keyed. It looks to be a Premium door handle, not builders....
