I have a 4-panel glass door. The windows are double pane, and the panels are very heavy. The 2 inside panels slide open. I have two problems with the panels that slide open: 1. I have an American Craftsman 50 series sliding patio door with a mortised lock. I would like to replace the handle set with a keyed cylinder on the exterior. Do you have a product that will fit this door?

The lever broke off one side of the slot for the lock, and then, the black piece of the lock fell out.

When installing this set I cut the tail pieces to the required 1/2 in length the look side is fine however the inside tail piece is short 1/8 in. Can I order The new tail piece.Fran

There are no markings on the handle or hardware. There are also no markings on the door except guardian in the top corner of the glass
