Contractor screwed the screws to tight and my handle leading outside has snapped off. I'm having a hard time matching it up, hoping for some help. Thanks.

Purchased e2703 to repair existing lock. Pin seems too long when sandwiching lock together. Is cutting the solution?

Looking to replace patio door handle with one that has key lock. Handle holes centers measure 4" but probably 3 15/16. Mortise holes measure 3 5/8. Any help in identifying parts needed to accomplish this would be greatly appreciated. Handle top to bottom is about 6 1/4". Thank you. ... (cont.)

The door lock is worn out wont unlock and the latches seem not to clear the jam side. I need a replacement mechanism

They look almost identical aside from 82-087 having a slightly more "realistic" metallic finish, for nearly 3 times the price. Both have a Bronze option available and as I have 3 doors it adds up pretty quickly.Is the finish the only difference? If so, is there a photo of the bronze ones side by sid ... (cont.)

I have an angled lock in a roughly 3" mortise that looks a lot like 82-218 and is longer within the frame (possibly the 3-11/16"). I'm hoping this handle 82-086 fits in the existing angled lock. The lock is not vertical. Is the angled vs. vertical lock detail important for fitting this handle 82-08 ... (cont.)

The lock mechanism is defective and indoor handle lock/unlock lever is broken Lock mechanism 12" center of mounting screws. Outdoor handle has no locking mechanism - Handle only. I have attached some photos. set for a Alside Model# 6106-6"
