Need this piece and the lock

Bought replacement window seals from you several months ago and service and product was excellent. So I'm hoping you can advise current issue. For my current sliding door handle-lock assembly, the distance between the top mounting hole and the hole for the lock spindle(?) is 1 1/4 in. Will the 82-086 lock set work?

Broke latch lever off. The old one was brass but really doesn't matter. White would be fine. Need lock and keys handles. Took the old one off and holed matched perfectly with 82-086. Lock and latch are Ok. Door is 1 and half inch thick.Does everything else except lock & latch come with handles and k ... (cont.)

The lock lever broke off of the handle from our sliding door. We need a new handle with the lever.
