Can ya'll point me in the right direction on ordering the correct handle and locking lever? Thanks! I believe it to be a Windoor or PGT.

The locking lever has broken and replacement of the LAPF cling mechanism is required.

This came with Reliabilt Series 332 sliding patio door. Has key. Wouldn't open with key, but was able to open from inside. Now it locks but easily slips out and opens. Inside latch moves up in process just by pulling door. Bottom latch seems to be easily moved. Please advise.

I recently purchased part 82-086 Which fits perfectly! My internal mechanism is corroded so I cannot make use of the lock. Is there a part that could replace it? To be compatible with 82-086? Thank you Sherri

American Craftsman (believe is 2007) says Series 5800-SGD--also other numbers MFR-SL1. As you can see by the photos, I've had to replace pin with bolt and put JB Weld on outside cracked handle. Please let me know if you need additional photos.

Very heavy sliding glass door with Hercules glass. Probably circa 1997 Door is approx 1 1/2 ? thick.

I have an andersen slider and was looking to replace it with a keyed handle. Would this style work? Also what other pieces would I need to order? I would appreciate any information as I am looking to order this week. Thank you

I recently ordered a Legacy Keyed Handle Set for a patio door order #82-086. I am a locksmith and I tried to rekey the cylinder to the clients key and I could not get the key into the cylinder. They are both Kwikset keyways and should go into the cylinder but it was to tight to get into the keyho ... (cont.)

I have installed the 82-086 handle set and am having a problem. If I tighten the mounting screws tight the mechanism is very hard to operate and the keyed side is unusable. If I back the screws off a bit I can get it to work ok but the handle is now a bit lose. Is there something I can do? will it g ... (cont.)

Door latch broke off so can not lock door. Ordered monetise lock 82-265 thinking the latch would come with that. Customer service said I may need handle or maybe just the latch. So I'm sending pics of both. There is 4" between screws on handle.

The only lock that this one might be close enough to is your 82-265. A big orange home improvement store told me I would have to order something through Andersen. I did,.... it was to fat to fit inside the door and the latches weren't far enough apart. There are no markings or stickers on the door ... (cont.)

Unfortunately I don't know the maker of the patio doors. I need door handles with lock. I saw a video that was posted and the door looked like mines andb they gave them the number for the handles 82-086. The measurements or holes on the door are around 12 or 12 1/2 long.

I need the handles or at least the mortise lock. When I took the handles off, the lock fell down the door. Thank you.

This is a JELD WIN Vinyl sliding glass patio door (VSDPR2N9682). I would like to replace the inside and outside handles and inside latch with ones that have an outside keyed lock. If possible, Almond on inside and Chestnut Bronze on outside.
