I broke the stud on my casement window hinge set. Niether the window or hardware have any manufacturer info but the slider rail has a part number 358-1L. Do you sell that part.

Hi, I have a few casement window that won't fully seal when closed. The bottom corner of the hinge side pops out. Bad hardware on a vinyl casement

Vetter casement window does not close. Gears are either stripped or not meshed together. Vetter window is original with house built in 2004. Pictures are attached. Truth insignia on rail. Part number 14D104 stamped on shorter arm. Thank you for your help!

Our black guide broke at the end of our top casement window hinge. Perhaps that isn't what it is called. I saw the part in one of your videos. The black piece is on the right hand of the pic. Our piece broke. Hope you can help. David
