Hello, We need all the parts replace the arm including all brackets for top and bottom.

The casement operator I need to replace was made by Truth. It is being used on a long, narrow window (10 5/8" x 75 1/2") between two french doors. The operator is about 5" wide and about 2 1/2" deep. I see the following numbers on the operator: 30471 -- on the rounded hood above the worm drive 306 3 ... (cont.)

I have a casement window with Truth part # 46099P stamped on 1 arm but cannot find anything with that part #, even from Truth Hdwe.

I am looking for a 5" pin to pin straight piece that guides the opening of the window. They are at the top and bottom of the windows. The p/n for the arm is 6492P. It seems to be riveted to the rail that screws to the bottom of the window and has a clip on the window crank side. I have Hurd Casemen ... (cont.)

The mechanism seems to work correctly, but the arm will not stay attached to the window. Is there a ring or piece missing? Thank you for your help, Dan

These pics are from a Silverline white vinyl casement window, between 5-10 years old. Warranty sticker pic ID's the manufacturer. Pic is from the inside, so the hinge is on the left from inside. I need two sets of hinges for a twin kitchen casement for a 1995 WENCO casement window. The length of the hinge is 7-5/8" without the slide. This is NOT an egress hinge. There is a part number listed on the arm as # 31133.

Operator is marked truth 30905 and 40352. Two screws driven in at angle. Operator is 4" w by 5/8 thick. Jam bracket is marked Roto no numbers. Jam bracket 9 9/16 x 11/16. Sash bracket 7 13/16 x 7/16. Need both R and L versions.

Hi, Are these operators universal and can they fit all casements. Do you use the same ones for opening both left and right windows? Thank you

I have a Hurd casement crank out window. The small stainless guide on the end of the bracket on the bottom of the window will not stay in the track. Hence the window can not be opened it comes right out of the track. Any suggestions?

I am looking for 5 sets of casement window hinges. The numbers on these hinges as shown are 30905 and 30744. My house is 30 years old so I am assuming that is the age of this hardware. Thank you very much for your help.
