Hi- I have several Milguard windows that were installed in the year 2000. The glass is find on the Windows, but the working parts are in various states of disrepair. I need the clip that holds the metal bracket in the plastic track.

Had a part fail on one of our old windows, it is the black bracket closest to the sill which I assume is the left hand operator bracket which has failed. I have a casement window similar to the one in the attached picture. The track is OK, but the black piece that slides within the track is damaged, and I need to replace it. The black plastic piece on part number 40017 (see photo) broke and fell out. The window opens off kilter. We assume this window was installed in 2012 when the house underwent a major renovation according to a previous owner. We also need a replacement crank for another window. See photo. Can you ass ... I am in need of all replacement parts for this Atrium window. The left hinge has totally rusted out and the seal on right side is cacked and broken. Only info I have on this window is the label pictured here. Any and all help finding parts is greatly appreciated.

I have old awning windows that crank out from the bottom. I need new hinges to replace those hinges. The hinges are marked Roto HG04 2004U. Any suggestions on replacement as these hinges are no longer available? Marty
