I have one truth encasement window where the little black piece that slides into the guide track is broken and won't stay in its track. Here is the picture of the mechanism. there is one strap that should be attached by the tiny screw (pictured). if you can send me the screw (it's broken) I could try to re-attach the strap - but so far I cannot find where it attaches to the frame!

I am reconditioning my windows and have installed 39-013 - Casement Window Operator, 13-1/2" Arm and 36-048 - 2-Bar Hinge Set, 10". One of the windows doesnt close and needs to be adjusted. How would I make the adjustment?

My question is does the 36-048 Bar Hinge Set, 10" go on the top and bottom of the window?

I can't read the final letters/numbers on the assembly due to rust. I think it is ZO. Those last two appear to be letters as they were thicker than the numbers. We have not removed the assembly so I don't have a picture of that but we did take off the "cap" hiding the mechanism and I've sent a pi ... (cont.)

Can you please see if you can match this with what you have. To the best of my ability 38-239C looks like the design of the hinge, but not sure of the crank and handle part. The guides on the side of the window measure 12". Thanks for your help in advance

The crank operator and hardware are stripped and no longer operational. It is Ryan home built in 2002. I am looking to replace the crank operator and hardware, but cannot locate the proper replacement parts. Included in the photos is the mfr. label and I think the crank is a "Truth" model? There is a upper window slider that keeps the top of the window from falling out of the frame. This slider clip that is screwed to the sash is bent and the window falls out from the top when the window is open. sash is 26" wide

Not sure if this is correct crank

These are caradco casement windows. Approximately 35 years old. I have replaced the glass. The top and bottom rails and associated retention brackets need to be replaced.
