Needing parts for casement windows. 1. Track/pivot- the track the window travels on and has a pin for the pivot arm. # on it is 358-1L. The one shown is the right side opposite of the one I need. Small piece attached to the sash that goes into the aluminum guide. Keeps bottom jingle side in line with the frame.

I am looking for a hinge for my casement window. Nowhere on the window does it say what brand of window it is but I believe it is left handed. The people from the manufacture said they no longer have these parts but said you might. Looking at your website I'm sure you will.

The brackets rusted off. I can see truth on the part with the gears. I'm looking to replace the entire bracket, operator, bracket too. Part number 50.60.14.011. Looked close but not sure. This is opening a one foot by three foot bay window. Need both right and left sides. Help!

Hello, Attached pic is removed from a small celestry window. They are the arms which attach to the sides of the window allowing it to hinge in and out. The part numbers engraved on them are 30128 and 30128A (presumably for left and right). Thank you, Patrick

The black pc that slides into a rail on the bottom rusted and broke off. I took a picture of the top and the black pc is still attached. One picture I took the black pc is missing. Hello, I have several 20 year old Simonton windows whose cranks have rusted out and/or screws no longer work. Do you also have the replacement part that attaches to the bottom of the window? Window is 20 years old. Hinge is 10 inches long. It is on the left side of the two windows as looking from the outside.

Hello, one of the fixture bottom of the window got loose. So window does not show down. It is not casement window operator, but on the window side fixture. Could you look at the pictures and let me know which part should I buy and if I can replace it myself?
