3 by 5 casement window , plastic guide on are arm is broke see pic for number 30744A, could use the bottom one too as that black plastic guide is partly cracked too

My Casement Window Slide has a piece of plastic broken off, and it grinds when it is operated. It is the right hand upper slide (looking from inside). Top bracket and extension arm

Window is no longer attached to bottom of window arm. Arm number is HG04-2004 It is a Silver Line casement window, with a right opening. Purchased 10/09 Series #7500

I've attached a photo of the part (marking on the part are HG04 and 2004U). This part(s) are the one that is detached from the bottom of the window sash and this seems to be the last piece needed to make it work. Please let me know if you have a suitable replacement. The part which slides in a track on the frame is black plastic covered and 1 7/8 inch long and 9/16 wide. The part screwed onto the window is 8 5/8 inch long, attached with 4 screws. I need replacements for the top and bottom hinges of my Visions 3000 casement windows. The part with the black plastic tab is about 8 1/4 inches and the arm hinged to it is about 5 3/4 inches.

Can't you help me identify this bar hinge ? The long rail is 7 5/8 plus minus. The other is 5 1/4". That's the entire length. On center it's approximately 4 5/8ths. Thank you Renzo mrscreenman
