36-048 2-Bar Hinge Set, 10"

Looking for the black piece in the pictures. It is for Certainteed awning windows. It slides up and down in a track when you open and close the windows.

Slide brackets at bottom rusted out. Fasteners totally disintegrated. Bottom of window unsupported and hanging loose on four of 10 windows. Original order shows 3100 series, C4-1954 LLRR LOE (2 sets), C1-1954 LH LOE, C1-1954 RH LOE for total of 10. Windows are still under warranty but new owner of ... (cont.)

These are only 4 years old but I live on the Chesapeake Bay and they are rusting. Is there a replacement that is good in salt air?

Good Afternoon - When you turn the handle to close the window it feels like something is "stripped." It will not close the last four inches unless we push it from the exterior. This "stripped" feeling comes from the handle crank.Thank you!Sarah

I have a Silverline Casement window which has a rusted and broken operator swing arm on the lower sill. I contacted Silverline and they said the part is not made anymore and provided Swisco as a contact to look for a substitute piece. I have a casement window about 4 feet tall that is a Weathershield from about 1994. The part shows as 31850 (crank) and 6D800P (top). The locking mechanism is on the left. These are Silverline window operators? The windows are 25 years old and I guess Anderson purchased them years ago. We aren't able to get these bars from them. This is a Entry Guard 40887 bottom hinge for what is believed to be an Atrium window from the 1990's. Since the dash is on the left from the inside, that makes it the bottom right hinge. I need one white one for replacement.

Looking for upper hinge assembly. Swing arm is 5-1/2" long, bracket on top of window is 7-1/2" long and frame piece is 10" long.. Window swings from the left side looking out.Thank youMike

I am needing to replace the aforementioned hardware for casement window hardware that was damaged by wind. Hi, believe I need to replace bottom hinge on 3 casement windows. They have become detached. They are from Monda Windows. (Queens NY). Probably about 15 Yrs. old. The only markings I see are the word : 'Truth' and the number : '30905'.
