The current Truth Entrygard operator parts (I believe they are dual arm operator parts) for the window are the following: L30841, 20810, 30767 Looking at the window from inside the house, the window opens to the right, so the dual arm operators are left hand operators.

I found a part number on the left side on the what I call a stopper so that the window can only go so far. Part number is 630793 AMS Truth. This was on the left. I am looking for a replacement guide/slider that attaches directly to the vinyl sash both on the bottom and top. It allows the window to pivot and attach to the slider bracket on the window frame. It is for a weathershield series proshield casement window.

There is 31272 on the arm. Truth Entry Guard and 30985 wit X over the numbers. Thanks!

When I opened my Truth left side opening casement window two very small rusted/corroded flat tops from small screws fell off. Now the window is inoperative. The track seems to be fine. Hi there, picture shows top of left window with slider casement hinge. As the window cranks out, the lateral side slides inward. Looking for the top and bottom window hardware for this Hurd window. Windows are all original on a home built in 1979. Pictures are from the bottom hardware.

I am trying to replace the part that the window opens on at the top of the window. It is a Windsor casement window, Pinnacle series, from 2003. I believe it is called a hinge part.
