36-004-10 10" Stainless Steel 2 Bar Hinge Set

Either top bar, or bottom right pin broke off & left window hanging by the operator! #on left operator reads 20810. I don't know the brand. Figure I will replace them all, so I don't have to worry about them in the future (I am 64).

I amlooking to replace the pieces that attach to bottom and window and actual window frame...you can see the rusted parts, we can't close the window completely because it won't slide properly on the far left corner. Sorry I can only show you the part as installed and as broken since otherwise I would have to dismantle the window. I don't know the brand of the window, but the metal does say "Truth" and 30905 on it. The townhome was built in 1995 so the window is probably that old This "Truth" metal is not conn ... (cont.)

They are both 10" slides but the bottom bar is longer and they both have adjustable slides on them as apposed to the 36-048 and 36-090-10. It's just one window top is smaller bar than bottom bar. Hello! I am looking for replacement hinges and handles for this window. We can't find any identifying markings and have been to a few window stores to try and figure it out - without any luck. I would be willing to try a few different parts or clever engineering!

20755 rt arm cant open Left side to get numbers off arms. Part that handle goes into is stripped

this would be part of the hinge at the top of the casement - holds the sash to the frame - maybe part of the hinge - my customer is only looking for the black pce. If not a hinge would have to work
