Trying to identify replacement part for this window crank? gears are stripped out. It measures 12.15" from the center pin on the straight arm to the center of the crank shaft.

From Your side I choose part # 38-095 right slider and Dual Arm operator,Sill Mount part # 39-253LB

I need a replacement mechanism for a casement window that rusted out. Jeld Win said that they don't warrant against the elements so I'm stuck with a window that won't work. Please help me find the correct replacement hardware.Thant you for your assistance,Russ

This window was installed 15 years ago. I cannot find a brand. I cannot find any numbers. The problem is that the window will crank open but will not crank shut, so there is a flaw in that little "gear box" inside the window frame. are these pictures good enough? Hi, I'm looking for three replacement opening mechanisms for three different Gorell Windows. The first two are the file: 20210708_161621. I need a left hand, and right hand one of these mechanisms. The third is the file 20210708_161818. I need just one of these, with the handle on the Right side ... (cont.)

Trying to find parts for my Windows. The Latch, crank, arm and guides have rusted out. The Simonton window part is 39-6313/07. Does anyone know if they still make replacement parts or a comparable part?
