50.60.00.211 ENCORE LH DYAD OPERATOR was the type that they said replaced the one I had. it seems to match the one that you have Product Code: 39-220B the measurements seem to match the down-offset link arm measures at 4-7/8" overall if this is the length after the elbow that attaches to the window. ... I have a right-hinge Jeld Wen window that needs a new operator. The gear is stripped in the current one (circa 2008) and will not close the window. I have to manually close the window. Photos attached.

The stem holding the hand crank broke off and so the whole assembly needs to be replaced including new screws and a new handle. Could not find a part number, but "truth" is stamped on one of the arms.

I need replacement hinges for 2 windows. The hardware show Truth 30774B, one window opens to the left and the other opens to the right. Can you help me get these?

This piece has 31911 stamped on the bottom. The pin broke off and we need to replace it. I am sure we will need more as well. All the new housing on UW campus has this hardware. Thank you.

I need to find a Truth arm to replace the one that lost the piece that connects it to the window.
