39-220B Encore Dyad Sill Mount Operator, LH

Our crank mechanism is stripped. I am looking for a replacement assembly. I'm sure the other side is wore out too so I'm looking for both right and left casement mechanisms. I'm attaching some pictures so you can help me identify what I need. Thank you!

Need to identify the part numbers for the operators, hinge assemblies, and any associated components as shown in the photos.

Only markings I see is 45411 on bottom of gear piece

The name on the crank is TRUST. Unsure of brand name of windows. The pictures are from the one that works. See the loose screws in one of the pictures... Looking for 39-220 in white Truth Maxim Dyad Operator LH. I could only locate bronze.

Can you please help indentify the correct crank for my casement window. I see similar ones on your site however the measurements are not the same. Crank does have a truth stamped on it.thanks

Stainless part of hinge slide is 13" long w 4 screw holes. Markings include #40987 and words " pry to remove sash. Slide arm has #31858 and is 7 3/8" long.Crank operator has # 31876 Truth on bottom of an arm. The hole to insert crank into window frame is 4 7/8" long. Your assist is much appreciated. ... (cont.)

The number on the back of the case crank is 090706 1701M. It's a kitchen window.

I do not have them in front of me. My husband is on a job and asked that I help him try and locate replacements. If you tell me where to find a number I can call him. I see Truth on one piece.

Good day I would like to replace the rotating arm as showed on the picture. The part that attaches to the window is loose and does not hold. SO the mechanism does not work anymore. could you indicate the righ piece to order? Thank you
