Hello - I am looking for a crank handle for a casement window. Color seems to be a sandstone/beige color. Window currently has crank handles but they do not fit when folded. Looking for both a Left hand and right hand. Unsure if there is supposed to be a cover for it? Looking at some pictures if ... (cont.)

The crank opens the window but will not close it. I would like assistance with ordering a replacement.

Can you identify this crank by the picture? Also I don't know why but having a difficult time taking cover off crank f ru I'm inside? The swivel on the outside says truth Is it possible to just replace inside cranks?

Hi there, The button that the handle sits on broke, so the customer needs a whole new crank. I am having trouble identifying without seeing the entire crank. Can someone please help! Thank you!

my last post asked about 3 part versus 3 part hinge, but I think I get it now that I need the 2 part, the other parts are on the crank mechanism. Looking for replacement for Truth window controller,the only marking I can find is on the back Date 03/30/09 and I think a time 06:33ANot sure if they come in left & right? if so need bothThanks Gus

Swisco-Truth Part number 39-317 appears to be the correct Operator that I need for replacement, but the drill holes do not appear to be in the same configuration. Do I have the right part? If no, what is the right part?
