Trying to find a replacement for this part

I have 12 severely corroded dual arm, pivoting (not sliding) vinyl casement window operators that need to be replaced. I am adding pictures. The arm from the operator mechanism is 3.5 inches long, the upper pivoting arm is 5 inches and the lower pivoting arm is 7 inches long. Hope you can help.Laure ... (cont.)

Photos showed broken crank from lefthand Milgard casement window. Crank shaft snapped. Installed photo is from identical mirror image right hand window. The piece at the bottom of my right hand window broke at one of the screw holes. Can I get just this piece? This appears to be from Truth Hardware. The window was installed by A-Best Window several years ago.
