I have 12" wide wooden casement windows ( thermal industries) that has a broken hinge on one side. I would like to get all replacement hardware for both sides. Unfortunately I do not see a part number ...only the "truth" brand.The section that says " truth " looks to be 3.5";from hinge screw to wher ... (cont.)

I found the measurement for the arm at the base on your page, however, It doesn't give me the measurement of the arm that is attached to that one. As you know the arm has 2 pieces.
