Hi am trying to find replacement parts for Simonton casement windows. One size window is numbered 8482928/16. I need top and bottom arms and the opening mechanism

Two casement windows installed in 2010 and both are coming free of the window operator. One window has left hand operator, other is right hand. Brand of operator is Truth. Number on arm is 32062.

Hinge length = 10" Hinge width = 3/4"

Hi, I need a new operator crank as this crank will not open without pushing it about 6" and same with closing. The gears are either out of whack or broken. I looked at the cranks and didn't see an.exact match so I'll let the experts take.care of it. Let me know. Many thanks, Rebecca ... (cont.)

I need help identifying what part I need to fix this window. In pic's #1 and #5 I circled the part on the left that cracked and the part on the window that clipped into it. Good evening, some of the windows in my house do not open properly. They get stuck on the frame and some won't Close without me, pulling the window in. I don't know if it's the mechanism or what. But it looks like a product that you sell.

I have a property under management that have Harvey casement windows installed and the operators are slowy rusting away as the location is oceanfront.
