Was unable to locate any part number stamps, need to replace top arm. Also interested in gasket material (very thin gasket on inside face)

Need to replace top and bottom's due to corrosion.

casement crank operator (brand name, I think is "truth") , the operator can't "operate" within first 1 or 2 inches of window opening/closing, but works the rest of the way.

These are for Slocumb Industries casement windows about 15 years old. I would need six left hand and six right hand

Hey looking on your website it looks like the Product Code: 39-484 Encore Dual Arm Operator, 8-3/4" Is the right option but looking at the arm bar measurements they are slightly off. Can you verify this is the handle we can use for our project to replace the crank handles?

The non rusty hinge is on the right side window the left side has missing parts I would like to replace them both the right side has the number 31858 stamped in it and the window is about 15 years old model ca-440 The base of the hinge is 13 inches.
