I have a Pella ThermaStar double hung window. I have a clear plastic clip that gets screwed into the frame that the coil end gets hook into. My clip is broken and won't hold. I have a house of Pella vinyl windows I installed. From day one, some of the windows wouldn't stay up in sections of their tracks. I have a four windows in which the sash keeps falling...... The hinge piece is nominally 5/8 in by 1 1/4.....(length is 1 7/8 in).......it's a fairly tight fit in the track .......
