I need a set of coil springs for my single hung window. I don't know what brand of window it is but it does say 9lb on the coil spring holder. I will also need the clips that go with the spring fixture.

Hello Swisco.The window shown in the uploaded image slides down when opened. I've removed and reinserted the to Coil Balance items but the issue remains.
