I need to identify this part. there are numbers stamped on the arms, 31881 on one of the short arms, 41013 and 41016 stamped on the longer arms. I need everything in the picture as well as the shoes that shoe a number 31878

Just moved into a house and the awning window hardware arm broke. I do not see any markings on the window to what brand it is.

We have a control mechanism for opening or closing a window where the gears teeth have been broken. Also on a separate window, we have locking arm that has been broken off

Looking for a new window crank. The gears on existing seem to be stripped.. I am not seeing any product number identification, except for one of the arms has the number 30744

1. I found the crank part. 2. The hinges are 13 inches long and I can only find 10 inch long ones. 3. the handles and crank covers are ok. i dont need new ones of those. thanks!

I am not much of a handyman so hope I got enough pictures of value. It appears the gear inside the housing is warped and about half way closed just get a clicking sound but no more movement. I haven't figured out how to remove the arms from it. The housing slides into the window. ... (cont.)

I have this operator arm and unfortunately have no identifier on the operator that I can refer to. The rod end you see in picture fits in the cap that is screwed on. The cap fractured so the rod is no longer secured.

Hi there. We are having issues with several of our window cranks.They each spin open line but it seems to be stripped when trying to spin the window closed again.
