No names or numbers that I can find. Cabin built in 2000, at least 8 windows with gears slipping now. They all look the same, pictures from middle sized window.

I have two windows with 39-393 controllers but with pro handles that keep falling out. I ordered 2 of the 39-393 controllers to replace them with. I've disconnected the 2 arms and removed the 4 screws but the old controllers won't come out, they are somewhat loose but still feels like something hold ... (cont.)

Looking for a window crank replacement for a kitchen window. The crank has a marking of "Truth" and the handle says "Caradaco". The mechanism itself is about 5 inches long. Hello I am looking for a replacement Truth Window Crank Operator. There is a number on the old operator and I am assuming its a part number; 073012. Do you sell a replacement operator that will match this one?

I've replaced the handle but am still having issues closing the window. The handle doesn't catch properly and I believe the whole mechanism requires replacement.

The gear drive on the Hurd window regulator is stripped and will not close the last 2", has to be pushed or pulled closed
