Hello I am looking for a replacement Truth Window Crank Operator. There is a number on the old operator and I am assuming its a part number; 073012. Do you sell a replacement operator that will match this one?

I've replaced the handle but am still having issues closing the window. The handle doesn't catch properly and I believe the whole mechanism requires replacement.

The gear drive on the Hurd window regulator is stripped and will not close the last 2", has to be pushed or pulled closed

On the hardware found truth 41013 number and 41016

Need for both a left and right window application but the gear on existing operator is centered - not sure what replacement part to order.

Question: to replace this part, do I need the regular 39-253LBor the Low Profile 39-438B? And what other parts go along with it?

I'm attempting to determine which operator this is. I was uploading photos of it disassembled, when your site either crashed or refreshed, and deleted them. I need to replace the hardware and casement operator. Currently the operator was made by Bonnieville. The arms are stamped with Truth. That's all I've got.

Cant see the model number unless I remove the existing faulty operator. Can you tell from the pic. thanks

Hi This crank no longer catches along the teeth/wheels and I am trying to replace it. The window was installed in 2000 by a contractor during a renovation so it may be off brand/no label. There is no name on the crank or the window that we can see, only the number (part number?). The arm is 4 inc ... (cont.)

I brought a Tafco casement window from Homedepot its 30"x48". It's suppose to be an egress window but because when it opens the window moves towards the left about 6" it width opening is now only 18". I need hardware which will open the window closer to the right frame.This is something I need ASAP ... (cont.)
