Need handle for sliding door

I was referred to send photos of the PlyGem sliding door handle we are in need of. We built a Ryan Home in 2012 and the handle for our sliding door broke off, leaving the screws inside of the holes. This was purchased from Home Depot years ago. The locking mechanism inside the door has failed so it will not lock. Looking for a replacement. Any advice would be appreciated.

This handle needs replacing I think a broke piece of the latch may still be inside. I noticed while taking the photo that they put this on upside down. What do I do to replace this correctly? Or will I need to just put it back the way they installed it? It's a left hand open.
