Morning, I think I've located the right handles. 82-089 or 82-086. Can you confirm if this is the right handle and let me know what else I may need? I am interested in the lock option for this replacement so any help would be appreciated. All the best, Marc

Bolt will throw up and down but mechanism knob to control this is broken.

Believe the small bath widow is 18" (the moving pane)high and @ 21.5" wide and built by EPI. Need balancer for left side (see pics) The slider was also built by EPI. I need a sliding door handle like this one that has a keyed lock It's a Pella door

The door handle mounting holes are 3 and 15/16 in. The holes for the mechanical insert on the door is 11 in. The mounting holes for the plate on the door wall is 10 inches. Hope that is enough information to identify the parts needed.

Client needs outside pull to match inside as she has great difficulty getting a hold of the small outside pull. The current handles are on 4" centers, outside pull handle is the female for the bolts passing thru interior latching handle.

I think my sliding door handle has an offset lock lever but a centered key cylinder. Do you have something like that? The tumbler bar actually fits into the bottom hole.
