I'm looking for a replacement handle with lock for my Simonton sliding patio door .

Door brand not shown, have not found a matching style with two latches? as you will see the lever broke on pictures and to need replace (beige color bit okay with it being white)

The Patio Door is fairly new (Double Pane) and has a Vinyl Frame. All that I have is the Handle with a 3-7/8 Hole Pattern and the keeper plate that has a an overall length of 9-5/16 and width of 9/16. It has a double mortise hooks that are spaced 5" apart. I currently have the below and need a replacement set, the measurements from the center of screws on the inside handle is 3 15/16 and my outside handle has a cylinder lock and keys. Inside Handle has a part of 1060-1943 Outside has a mfg name of Sash Controls Inc, Part #1963.

The door lock does not work any longer. The serial number on the door is PELLA 080213 G0316449424
