Hello! The internal plastic bushing dried, cracked, and broke so I can no longer lock the door. This is from a Vinyl Insulated NAMI branded door. Can you tell me if you offer a locking handle that will work with a Jekdwen 2500 sliding patio door? I purchased one from Home Depot but the offset is too great and it doesn't fit. Thank you

The handle with the lock is loose because the socket for the screw snapped. The Screw Holes are 3 15/16" apart. Do you have a Chrome or Brass set that will fit. No idea who manufactured the doors or hardware.
