I need to find a double sliding door handle. Bronze color for a Lawson door. The pic is a single one. Door thickness 1 inch.

I have 2 of the same doors, one has a handle on both sides but no handle with the locking mechanism, there appears to be the hardware in the door. The patio door label says Patriot Manufacturing. The numbers listed on the label are 621639 P57SDR 16415144 DP40 We believe the door was made in 2007. The door handle cracked in two places.

I have broken handles on 3 sliding glass, dual paned, patio doors. These are heavy doors and the tenant broke the handles and the Home Depot or Lowe's doesn't carry handles that will fit. What do you recommend as replacements? Thank you.
