Just moved into new home. Handle broken. Need to replace handle and mortise lock. Do not necessarily need keyed lock. Current handle is SASH 2260. 3-15/16 holes. Does not appear to me that correct mortise was previously installed. Any advice?

Hello. I see that the most appropriate latch replacement kit is on backorder. As an alternative, which door handle product should be ordered to fit the existing 2-point mortise? The mortise does NOT need replacement.
