15-259 Coil Balance Pivot Shoe

I BELIEVE it's just the plastic housing the pivot shoes sit in that is broken but I don't know what kind I need. I need whatever it is going to take to make this window functional. There were no stickers left on window identifying what series...that I could see...

I ordered the 15-259 coil balance pivot shoe, but the coil I have uses screws to attach to the shoe. I am assuming the 15-259 is not correct but I need a different coil/shoe part?

The plastic piece broke in half. The other half is still in the window. Do you have replacement part? If so this is the left side of the lower window.

Single coil window balance (I think that is the correct term for the part(s)) for tilt out vinyl windows. Within the case with the philips screw is wide coil that allows the lower part of the window to open and close smoothly.

That's for a Simonton window.

Coil spring and balance shoe broken. #407 is stamped on coil. All four need replacing.

Hello. The piece is 1 1/4" wide, 3/4" deep and 2 3/4" long. What can I replace with this? I saw there is a coil weight, which one should I buy? Each window is weighing about 12.5 lbs. Thanks

We need to replace balances on Simonton 5500 series vinyl replacement windows. We would like to do 1 window first. The coils have no stamp on them. Good morning. Attached are photos of coil balances that broke from two different windows. There are no visible stamps, but they do look like the Series 171 coil. This plastic part was broken in a Simonton window of our house. It holds the round metal bot with a slit that holds the bar coming out of bottom of window. Sorry I don't know the window lingo. Let me know if more pictures are needed. Ty!

Please recommend replacement components. The coil springs aren't marked, the window sash weighs 38lbs. The springs are 0.75" wide. I'll need the spring assembly and the pivot shoe. Thanks!

White plastic pivot shoe. Double hung windows manufactured in 2014. The shoes are all splitting in half. There are no markings on them other than, made in china. Are there replacements available? Any help is appreciated.
