15-259 Coil Balance Pivot Shoe

I have recently purchased a house with a number of these windows which have the same problem. The pivot lock shoe on one side has gotten stuck at the bottom and, I assume, as a result of forcefully attempting to close the window fully, has bent the pivot pin and broken the tilt lock. Need coils, shoes covers, basically the whole balance assembly. Window is a Simonton Prism double hung installed in 2004. I think it's the Bronze. Thanks for helping me track these down. Bill

Our windows are manufactured by Simonton Norandex Inc. This part broke when cleaning my windows and I'm not sure what to replace it with. No markings found Can send photos
